Citizenship Maryland is a statewide initiative that supports eligible Maryland immigrants in becoming U.S. citizens by reducing barriers to the naturalization process. This FY2026 Notice of Funding Opportunity provides grants to nonprofit organizations to conduct outreach, host informational sessions, and offer pre-application screenings, support services, and referrals in coordination with the Governor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs and community partners.
